Email us with your order number and what happened. For a damaged parcel, send photos of the outer packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery. For a lost or stolen parcel, get in touch as soon as tracking stops updating or shows a delivery you did not receive, and we will open a claim with the carrier for you.
