Shipping Protection is an optional $9.99 add-on offered at checkout. It covers your order against loss, theft and damage in transit, and entitles you to a free replacement if any of those happen.
It is optional
Shipping Protection appears as its own line in your cart and at checkout, with a switch next to it. Turn the switch off and the $9.99 is removed immediately — you can complete your order without it. The fee is a flat $9.99 per order, whatever the order is worth.
What it covers
- Lost in transit — the carrier accepted the parcel but it never arrives.
- Stolen after delivery — tracking shows delivered, but the parcel was taken.
- Damaged in transit — the parcel arrives with the contents broken, crushed or leaking.
What you get
A replacement of the affected items, shipped at no cost to you — no second payment, and no charge for the replacement’s shipping. Where a replacement is not possible (for example the item is no longer available), we will refund the affected items instead.
How to make a claim
- Email He***@*********bs.com from the address you ordered with.
- Include your order number and tell us what happened.
- For a damaged parcel, attach photos of the outer packaging and of the product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — the same window as our standard Refund Policy.
- For a lost or stolen parcel, contact us as soon as tracking stops updating or shows a delivery you did not receive, and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
We will confirm the claim by email and arrange the replacement. Approved refunds, where a refund applies instead, are processed within 3–5 business days of approval, and funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
If you decline Shipping Protection
Your order is still covered by our standard Refund Policy: damaged, incorrect or defective items are replaced or refunded when you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. What Shipping Protection adds is cover for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit, which the standard policy does not cover.
Shipping itself
